Tariffs:   

Tariffs are subject to change and availability. Seasonal rates apply.

Check-in/check-out:

Check-in is available from 2 PM to 9 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out are by arrangement only; charges may apply.

Credit card guarantee:

Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.

Pets:

Pets are allowed at the management's discretion and by prior arrangement only. Please note that not all of our units are suitable for pets.

Charges apply.

Smoking:

Smoking/vaping is not allowed in any of the rooms.
Please smoke/vape outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked/vaped in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Visitors:

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, that require specialist cleaning or repair, will be charged to the registered guest. Visitors must depart the property by 9 PM. Oxford Village Motels has a strict no-party policy.

Overdue Accounts:

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full the night before departure (if not already done so). All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.

Cancellation:

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days or more before arrival. If they cancel within 14 days before arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation.
