Tariffs:   

Tariffs are subject to change and availability. Seasonal rates apply.

Check-in/check-out:

Check-in is available from 2pm till 9pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only, charges may apply.

Credit card guarantee/Deposit:

Credit card details are required to secure reservations.

Flexible Rate
A deposit (first accommodation night) will be charged in the 7 days before arrival.

Semi Flexible Rate

A deposit (50% of the total price of the reservation) will be charged on the day of booking.

Non Refundable Rate

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Pets:

Pets are allowed at the managements discretion and by prior arrangement only. Please note that not all of our units are suitable for pets.

Charges apply.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.
Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Visitors:

Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, that require specialist cleaning or repair will be charged to the registered guest. Visitors must depart the property by 9pm. Oxford Village Motels has a strict no party policy.

Overdue Accounts:

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full the night before departure (if not already done so). All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.

Cancellation:

Flexible Rate
If a reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival (2pm check-in), no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first accommodation night will be charged and your deposit will be retained.

Semi Flexible Rate

​If cancelled or in case of no-show, 50% of the total acccommodation cost will be charged and your deposit (50% of the total accommodation cost) will be retained.

Non Refundable Rate
Non amendable and non refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. No refund will be offered.
